Kyon and Cortnie had a stunningly elegant country club wedding in November of 2020 – yes their a COVID bride + groom! But for their wedding day we were able to forget all about the challenges and heartache of the pandemic and celebrate their sweet and authentic love for each other. Fun fact: even though it was November in Michigan, we totally LUCKED OUT with an absolutely PERFECT fall day! 70 degree temps and sunshine all day!
But for real though, how GORG is Cortnie’s dress?! For sure one of my top ten favorite bodices’ of all time! I’m still obsessed with it!
The prettiest details I SWEARRRR! The handmade jean jacket was to die for!! I especially loved how Cortnie used roman numerals for the date – so unique! Also, her ring is definitely one of a kind! It reminded me so much of a little crown.
While getting ready, both Kyon and Cortnie took time to read the personal letters each had written the other. It was such a sweet moment!
Their ceremony was heartfelt and so focused on them as a couple, their family, and the life they plan on building together. The way these two interact and care for each other makes their love so so evident.
100000% a ceremony for the books! Such heart and emotion.
One of THE most stunning golden hour sunsets EVER. Like HOW PERFECT??!! Don’t forget, this happened in November! In Michigan.
Like OKKKKKKKK! Um wow!
I mean are they models or a professional bride and groom??! All I could do was keep imagining them on the cover of every wedding magazine ever.
I think I will forever be obsessed over Kyon and Cortnie’s portraits. The two of them. The sunset, the scenery. All. So. Good. After their to-die-for portraits, we headed back to their intimate reception!
Did you even cut your cake if you didn’t spread it on your new husband’s face?!? All in all, I think these two were pretty nice to each other when it came to cake smashing.
All the sweetest first dances. Kyon and Cortnie’s son joined them during their first dance AND Cortnie had the sweetest time dancing with her grandpa.
Congrats Kyon and Cortnie! It was so much fun getting to know them as a couple and capture their love on their most special day.
